We’re Going On A Fall Retreat!

We are so excited to be heading back to St. Iakovos Retreat Center in Kansasville, WI on November 5-8 and November 12-15 (two identical, back-to-back weekend retreat options to make room for more attendees) and we’d love to have you join us! This camp and retreat center is on lovely, secluded grounds with some walking trails and beautiful views located just over an hour away from our shop. Far enough away to relax a bit but not so far away that you spend all weekend driving.

What to expect?

Bring your own project(s) to work on and plan on making new friends, laughing a lot and feeling refreshed and accomplished. We will have a couple small, optional projects provided throughout the weekend but there won’t be a retreat teacher. Each person may work on whatever they would like to throughout the weekend. There will be a couple large group games, small break-out sessions for those who are interested and we will also have a private FB Group for those attending so if anyone wants to arrange a swap or find a roomie or whatever, you can do that there!

What’s Included in the retreat price?

Each attendee will get their own workspace in our meeting room, meals for the weekend and lodging. Meals start with dinner on Thursday evening and go through breakfast on Sunday morning (a total of 8 meals). Each attendee will have the option of single-occupancy or double-occupancy for their accommodations. Each double occupancy room will have 2 double beds with linens. Each room also has a full, private bathroom.

Also included in the retreat price are several surprises throughout the weekend!

Check-in for the retreat will start at 4:30PM on Thursday and check-out on Sunday will be prior to Noon.

Still interested? Here’s the details:

  • The total retreat cost is $500 for double-occupancy accommodations ($475 cash discount price***) and $700 for single-occupancy ($575 cash discount price***).

  • In order to hold your spot, you need to put down a $100 deposit. $50 of that deposit is refundable through 7/1/2026 (the other $50 of the deposit is a non-refundable admin fee). Minus the $50 admin fee, and after 7/1/2026, remaining fees will be refundable based on our ability to fill your spot from the wait list.

  • ***Deposit can be paid with a credit card and if remaining payments are made using cash or a check, the cash discount will be applied to your final payment due amount.

  • The payment schedule for this retreat will be: $100 deposit due at sign-up, $200 payment #1 due by July 1 and remaining balance payment #2 (determined by accommodation choice and payment method) due prior to September 15.

  • If paying with cash or check, you can always make your payments early or break them up into smaller amounts if that is helpful to you as long as the amounts due are paid before each of the due dates. Just send an email to hello@warmancozy.com if you’d like to do this to make arrangements.

Both retreats are full for now. There will most-likely be at least a few more spots in each weekend once I get occupancy info from those who have registered. As soon as I know how many guest rooms we have left, I will pull from the waitlist to fill remaining spots. See links below to join the waitlist.

Waitlist Info:

We have a Wait List and will fill from that as spaces become available. If either retreat is an option for you, you can fill out the forms for both waitlists as we will be working off the waitlists for each weekend separately. If we get to your spot on the waitlist, we will attempt to send you an email and if we don’t hear back from you within 48 hours, we will attempt to call you. If we are not able to reach you by phone within 24 hours, we will go on to the next person on the waitlist.

If you have more questions, please send a message to hello@warmancozy.com and we will reply to those emails as soon as we are able. And of course, more details will be provided to attendees as we get closer to the retreat date!

Thank you for your interest and we look forward to many creative retreats with you!
